How it works

Fixed price. Hourly. Paid in crypto or fiat.

Every contract on DevGhouse Marketplace is one of two shapes, and every payment moves through the same on-chain-checkable rail — whichever currency you agree on.

Fixed-price contracts

Milestones, funded and approved one at a time.

A client and seller agree a scope and a budget upfront. The budget is split into milestones — each one is funded into escrow, the seller submits the deliverable against it, and the client approves before that milestone's payment releases. Disagreements go to dispute rather than draining the whole contract at once.

Fixed milestone example
1

2

3

Hourly example
1
Weekly timesheetTracked or manually entered hours, capped by an agreed weekly limit
2
Client reviewsApprove the week, or flag specific entries
3
Payout releasesApproved hours pay out at the agreed rate

Hourly contracts

Weekly timesheets, approved before payout.

For open-ended work, agree an hourly rate and a weekly hour limit instead of a fixed scope. Time is tracked or entered manually, rolled up into a weekly timesheet, and paid out once the client approves it — so nothing pays out unreviewed.

Paid in crypto or fiat

Every contract has its own escrow wallet.

Fund a contract in SOL, USDC, or DGH and the platform opens a dedicated escrow wallet for it on Solana. Every funding and release is a real transaction — checkable on Solscan, not just a number in a database — whether the contract is fixed-price or hourly.

Dedicated escrow

Each contract gets its own wallet — funds for one contract never mix with another.

On-chain proof

Funding and release transactions are real Solana transactions, linked from the contract.

SOL, USDC, DGH

Fund in whichever token you hold — fiat works the same way through the platform rail.
